Do I need to install anything in ServiceNow?
No. Marlow is a browser extension that works alongside your existing ServiceNow session — there's no scoped app or plugin to deploy on the platform.
Whose AI key does it use?
Yours. Use your organization's managed key or bring your own provider key. Admins can set a shared key, allow per-user keys, and even lock everyone to a specific model.
Is my ServiceNow data safe?
Marlow acts within your own authenticated session and your permissions. Destructive actions require confirmation, and your credentials are encrypted and never exposed.
Can I customize Marlow for my team?
Yes. Publish org-wide skills so everyone follows your team's procedures, and on Enterprise you can white-label the panel with your own name, logo, and colors.
